The Future

it's one thing to be home on a daily basis and have that regular schedule, but leave home for three months, and only have sporatic phone calls and emails to keep you tied with people you love....

And just think about what you might go through after that time is up......

Can you feel it??? Through your hands in the air... I can feel it, I can feel it, I can feel it... Can you feel it??? Through your hands in the air.... (phil colins =D)

And that's what it's really like.. A moment of OMG.... what the hell am I doing for the people I love, trust, admire, and want to have in my life...

What would you give up for your family??? seriously think about it... what would you really do??

I'd trade everything that was precious to me, that I owned to realize what I should be doing for them.

It's so nice to be back on dry land with friends and family. Hopefully pictures later to follow, if not, well..... I'm sure moments like this is something I will never forget...

The Last Leg

Yes Yes!!! Going all the way this time, moving on tomorrow and hitting the real road that the 800 or so of us have been looking forward to. Straight to home by saturday morning!!
So what to do while we wait for all of our marine counter-parts to disembark??? Well...
Alot of Sub Focus comes to mind, the DNBRADIO chat room!! Maybe another movie to watch?Maybe I'll do myself a favor and start packing early... Go downstairs and load up my seabags again and prep for Saturday???? And more of what do I really want to leave behind and just come back monday for so i'm not hauling everything at once.
And don't worry, just because I pull back in doesn't mean this will stop. I'll change the title up maybe and learn how to really change the format around if I have a chance.....
